Marjorie began her insurance career with an insurance broker in Northern California as a producer. A few years later, she formed her own insurance agency, handling all lines of insurance. After selling her agency, she joined the staff of ISC, Inc., located in Huntington Beach, CA. She is now providing a wide variety of services to both businesses and the insurance industry through Segale Consulting Services, LLC. Marjorie is also a principal and founding member of the Insurance Community Center, LLC, a web-based resource and education company for the insurance industry.

Her broad background and hands-on experience, combined with technical insurance knowledge allows her to use those skills for the benefit of her customers.

Laurie began her insurance carrier more than 30 years ago as a producer for a large insurance agency in Southern California. Several years later, Laurie formed Insurance Skills Center, Inc. along with her partner, Patty Carlson. Laurie and Patty then spent the next two decades educating insurance professionals across the United States in the technical aspects of insurance; developing tools and products for use by those professionals and creating now proven methods of agency auditing and file review.

Ian was born and educated in England. When the fog finally lifted, he found London University where he studied computer systems design and physics. He came to the United States and stumbled into insurance, studying at the New York College of Insurance. As a nationally recognized authority on Longshore insurance, Ian has testified before Congress. Ian has held the Certified Insurance Counselor designation since 1995 and holds the additional designations of Insurance Training Professional, Professional Work Comp Advisor and Certified Marine Insurance Professional.
